1 rote Paprika o. 100 g Paprikastreifen

1 Tomate
Salz, Pfeffer
30 g Parmesan, gerieben
Zwiebeln in dünne Ringe schneiden,
Paprika halbieren, vierteln, von Rippen
und Kernen befreien und in Streifen
schneiden. Tomate in Würfel schnei-
den. Die Gourmet-Platte auf den Dreh-
teller stellen und mit 450 Watt + Grill
etwa 5 Minuten erhitzen. Öl und
Zwiebelringe hineingeben. Platte wie-
der auf den Drehteller stellen, mit
450 Watt + Grill etwa 2 Minuten bräu

nen. Pilze, Möhren, Brokkoli, Paprika
-
streifen, Tomatenwürfel und Gewürze
hineingeben, vermischen. Mit 450 Watt
+ Grill etwa 6 Minuten garen. Wenden
und mit Parmesan bestreut servieren.
Kartoffelrösti "hausgemacht"
(2 Portionen)
Zubereitungszeit: 25 – 30 Minuten
400 g geschälte Kartoffeln
2 kleine Zwiebeln
50 g Emmentaler, gerieben
Salz, Pfeffer
20 g Butter
Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln grob raspeln,
mit Käse, Salz und Pfeffer vermischen.
Die Gourmet-Platte auf den Drehteller
stellen und mit 450 Watt + Grill etwa
5 Minuten erhitzen. Die Butter hineinge
-
ben, schmelzen. Die Kartoffelmasse
hineingeben, andrücken. Gourmet-Plat-
te auf den Drehteller stellen, mit
450 Watt + Grill etwa 8 Minuten garen.
Wenden und weitere etwa 4 Minuten
goldgelb garen.
Mit Räucherlachs oder geschnitzeltem
Schinken und Schmand eine köstliche
kleine Stärkung.
