Groenteschotel
(3 porties)
Bereidingstijd: 25 – 35 minuten
2 uien
2 eetlepels olie
100 g oesterzwammen of champig
-
nons, gereinigd
150 g kleine wortels (diepvries) of
wortelschijfjes
100 g broccoliroosjes
1 rode paprika of 100 g paprikareepjes
(diepvries)
1 tomaat
zout, peper
30 g Parmezaanse kaas, geraspt
Snijd de uien in dunne ringen. Halveer
en vierendeel de paprika. Verwijder de
ribben en pitten en snijd de paprika in
reepjes. Snijd de tomaat in blokjes. Zet
de gourmetschaal op het draaiplateau
en verhit de schaal gedurende ca. 5
minuten met het programma x. Doe
de olie en de uienringen in de
gourmetschaal. Zet de schaal weer op
het draaiplateau en laat het geheel in 2
minuten bruin worden (programma
x). Voeg vervolgens de paddestoe
-
len, wortels, broccoli, paprikareepjes,
tomatenblokjes en kruiden toe. Goed
mengen. Laat het geheel in 6 minuten
gaar worden (met hetzelfde program
-
ma). Omkeren en met Parmezaanse
kaas bestrooid serveren.
Zelfgemaakte aardappelrösti
(2 porties)
Bereidingstijd: 25 – 30 minuten
400 g geschilde aardappelen
2 kleine uien
50 g Emmentaler, geraspt
zout, peper
20 g boter
Rasp de aardappelen en uien grof en
meng het geheel met kaas, zout en
peper. Zet de gourmetschaal op het
draaiplateau. Verhit de schaal geduren
-
de ca. 5 minuten met het programma
x. Doe de boter in de schaal en laat
de boter smelten. Doe de
aardappelmassa in de schaal en druk
het geheel aan. Zet de gourmetschaal
weer op het draaiplateau. Bereid het
gerecht in ca. 8 minuten (programma
x). Keer het gerecht vervolgens om
en bak de rösti in nog eens 4 minuten
goudgeel.
Heerlijk met gerookte zalm of reepjes
ham en zure room.
