Ac 4 # Groente
Doe de voorbereide groente in een
schaal. Voeg afhankelijk van de vers-
heid en het vochtgehalte3–4eetlepels
water en wat zout of andere kruiden
toe. Voer het gewicht (inclusief het wa-
ter) in en bereid de groente in de afge-
dekte schaal. Na ongeveer de helft van
de bereidingstijd hoort u een signaal.
Draai het product dan om of roer het
door.
Voer bij het bereiden van groente in
saus het gewicht inclusief de saus in.
Overschrijd het maximumgewicht niet.
Wortels in kervelroom
(2 porties)
Bereidingstijd: 25 – 35 minuten
350 g wortels, gereinigd
5 g boter
50 ml groentebouillon (instant)
75 g crème fraîche
1 eetlepel witte wijn
zout, peper
1 schepje suiker
½ theelepel mosterd
1-2 eetlepels kervel, vers, gehakt of
1 eetlepel kervel, gedroogd en gema

len
ca. 1 eetlepel sauzenbinder
Snijd de wortels in stiften (dikte ca. 3 –
4 mm) of in schijfjes (3 – 4 mm).
Meng de boter, de bouillon, de crème
fraîche en alle andere ingrediënten.
Doe het geheel met de wortels in een
schaal.
Bereid de groente afgedekt. Roer de
groente om als het akoestische signaal
klinkt.
