Gratin van roodbaars met tomaten
(4 porties)
Klaar te maken in: 35-45 minuten
500 g roodbaarsfilet
2 eetlepels citroensap
500 g tomaten
Kruiden, kruidenzout
2 theelepels gemalen oregano
150 g geraspte gouda
Snij de roodbaarsfilets in stukken, be
-
sprenkel ze met citroensap en laat ze
ongeveer 10 minuten rusten.
Kruid de tomaten en doe ze samen met
de vis en de helft van de kaas in een
vuurvaste schaal.
Kruid dit goed met kruidenzout en
oregano en meng alles goed.
Strooi de rest van de kaas erover en
laat het geheel onafgedekt gaar wor-
den.

400 g bloemkool of broccoli
400 g wortels
Voor de kaassaus:
20 g margarine
20 g bloem
300 ml groentebouillon (instant)
200 ml melk
100 g emmentaler (smeerkaas), in blok

50 g geraspte gouda
Zout, peper, gemalen muskaatnoot
1 eetlepel fijngehakte peterselie
Breek de bloemkool of broccoli in
kleine roosjes en snij de wortels in dun-
ne schijfjes (3 mm). Doe beide in een
vuurvaste schaal (diameter ca. 24 cm)
en meng dit goed.
Verwarm de margarine, doe de bloem
erbij en voeg al roerend de bouillon en
melk toe. Doe de emmentaler erbij en
laat het geheel zachtjes sudderen tot
de kaas gesmolten is. Kruid dit goed
met zout, peper en nootmuskaat en doe
de peterselie erbij.
Giet de saus over de groenten, bestrooi
dit met de gouda en bereid de schotel
onafgedekt in het toestel.
