Schinken darauflegen. Die restlichen
drei Toastscheiben mit der gebutterten
Seite auf den Schinken legen. Die Toas

Minuten erhitzte Gourmet-Platte legen.
Auf den Drehteller stellen, mit 450 Watt
+ Grill je Seite etwa 3 Minuten bräunen.

F 21 g, KH 19 g.

aus abgetropftem Thunfisch natur und

30 g Parmesan, gerieben
Zwiebeln in dünne Ringe schneiden,
Paprika halbieren, vierteln, von Rippen
und Kernen befreien und in Streifen
schneiden. Tomate in Würfel schneiden.
Die Gourmet-Platte auf den Drehteller
stellen und mit 450 Watt + Grill etwa
5 Minuten erhitzen. Öl und Zwiebelringe
hineingeben. Platte wieder auf den
Drehteller stellen, mit 450 Watt + Grill
etwa 2 Minuten bräunen. Pilze, Möhren,
Brokkoli, Paprikastreifen, Tomatenwürfel
und Gewürze hineingeben, vermischen.
