Blanc de poulet à la moutarde

250g de crème fraîche

4blancs de poulet, ouverts (4x200g)
Accessoires
Plat à gratin (adapté au micro-ondes)
Préparation
Pour la sauce, mélanger la crème
fraîche, l'ail, la moutarde, le sel et la
sauge.
Mettre les blancs de poulet dans le plat
à gratin et verser la sauce dessus. Dé-
marrer un programme à couvert.
Suivre les instructions à l'écran Retour-
ner l'aliment, retourner les blancs de
poulet et les arroser de sauce. Conti-
nuer à cuire à couvert.

Temps de préparation: 40minutes
Ingrédients
50g de lardons
1 oignon
150g de céleri
2tomates
150g de carottes
100g de haricots verts (surgelés)
100g de petits pois (surgelés)
50g de pâtes (conchiglie)
1c.às. de mélange d'herbes italiennes
100ml de bouillon de légumes
100g de fromage à pâte dure (parme-
san), en bloc
Accessoires
Récipient en verre micro-ondable avec
couvercle
Préparation
Couper le lard et l'oignon en dés. Cou-
per le céleri et les tomates en dés. Cou-
per les carottes en rondelles. Mettre le
tout dans le récipient en verre.
Ajouter les haricots, les petits pois, les
pâtes et les aromates avec le bouillon et
remuer. Démarrer un programme à cou-
vert.
Mélanger entre temps la soupe et conti-
nuer à cuire à couvert.
Râper le parmesan et parsemer sur la
soupe.
