Ragoût de chou blanc

Ingrédients
200g de viande hachée, bœuf
1/2 c.àc. de sel
1/2 c.àc. de paprika en poudre, doux
Poivre
1oignon
250g de pommes de terre
100g de poireaux
250g de chou blanc
250g de betterave rouge
250ml de bouillon de bœuf
11/2 c.àc. de sel
2c.às. de vinaigre de vin rouge
150g de crème fraîche
1c.às. de persil haché
Accessoires
Saladier, compatible micro-ondes
Préparation
Travailler la viande hachée avec le sel,
le paprika et le poivre. Former de pe-
tites boulettes de viande hachée et les
mettre dans un bol.
Couper les oignons et pommes de terre
en dés. Couper le poireau en lanières.
Effiler le chou blanc. Râper la betterave.
Empiler les légumes par-dessus les
boulettes de viande. Ajouter le bouillon
de bœuf et le sel. Cuire à couvert. selon
le programme.
Incorporer la crème fraîche et le persil.
Assaisonner avec le vinaigre de vin
rouge.

Pour les boulettes
40g de chapelure
110ml d’eau
1oignon finement émincé
250g de viande hachée, porc
250g de viande hachée, bœuf
1œuf de calibre M
1c.àc. de sel
Poivre
Pour la sauce
40g de beurre ramolli
40g de farine de froment, type405
500ml de bouillon de viande, froid
2c.às. de crème fleurette
1c.às. de câpres
1c.àc. citron
Accessoires
Moule à manqué, compatible micro-
ondes
Préparation
Remuer la chapelure avec l'eau et lais-
ser gonfler.
Mettre les oignons et la viande hachée
dans la panure. Travailler avec l'œuf, le
sel et le poivre pour former une pâtée.
Façonner 8boulettes et les mettre dans
un moule à manqué.
Mélanger le beurre et la farine et en
mettre de petites portions à côté des
boulettes de viande. Ajouter le bouillon
de viande. Cuire à couvert. selon le pro-
gramme.
