Das Gargut in eine mikrowellengeeigne-
te Schüssel geben und zugedeckt ga-
ren.
Zum Garen von frischem Gemüse,
Fisch, Fleisch, Geflügel zuerst eine
Leistung von 800 Watt und zum weite-
ren schonenden Fortgaren 450 Watt
wählen.
Die Garzeiten bei Gemüse sind von der
Beschaffenheit abhängig. Frisches Ge-
müse ist wasserhaltiger und wird da-
durch schneller gar. Fügen Sie gelager-
tem Gemüse etwas Wasser bei.
Während des Garens die Speise min-
destens einmal umrühren.
Garen Sie besonders leicht verderb-
liche Lebensmittel, wie z. B. Fisch,
ausreichend.
Beachten Sie beim Garen solcher
Speisen unbedingt die angegebe-
nen Garzeiten.
Zum Quellen von Speisen, wie Milch-
reis, Grieß, zuerst 800 Watt und dann
150 Watt einstellen.
Bei Lebensmitteln mit fester Haut
oder Schale, wie Tomaten, Würstchen,
Pellkartoffeln, Auberginen, diese mehr-
mals anstechen bzw. einkerben.
Das Kochen von Eiern ist ohne
Spezialgeschirr mit Mikrowelle nicht
möglich.
Die Eier platzen sonst. Das Spezialge-
schirr ist im Fachhandel erhältlich. Eier
im Glas können Sie zubereiten, aber
vorher das Eidotter mehrmals mit einer
Nadel anstechen.
