Fonction maintien au chaud
La fonction de maintien au chaud sert
à maintenir la température des plats
chauds juste après leur préparation,
mais pas pour réchauffer des plats
froids.
La durée maximum de maintien au
chaud est de 2heures.
Pendant leur maintien au chaud, cou-
vrez vos plats et laissez-les toujours
dans la casserole / poêle de cuisson.
Mélangez régulièrement les aliments
solides ou épais (purée, potée).
Le fait de chauffer les aliments en-
traîne la destruction progressive des
substances nutritives. Ce processus
commence dès leur cuisson et se
poursuit pendant leur maintien au
chaud. Cette déperdition est propor-
tionnelle à la durée pendant laquelle
les aliments sont maintenus au
chaud. La phase de maintien au
chaud doit être aussi courte que pos-
sible!

chaud
Effleurez la touche sur la rangée
de chiffres correspondante.
Températures de maintien au chaud
Une température de maintien au chaud
de 75°C est réglée à l'usine. Vous pou-
vez modifier la température de maintien
au chaud (voir chapitre «Programma-
tion»).

Le maintien des aliments à des tem-
pératures trop élevées peut influen-
cer négativement le résultat de cuis-
son. Les aliments peuvent changer
de couleur, voire devenir impropres à
la consommation.
