Koken op lage temperatuur

Gebruik de glazen schaal met het
rooster erop.
Gebruik voor het voorverwarmen
niet de functie "Snelopwarmen".
^
Schuif de glazen schaal met het
rooster op het 1e niveau van onderen
in de oven.
^
Kies de ovenfunctie "Boven-
Onderwarmte V" en een tempera-
tuur van 130 °C.
^ Schakel de functie "Snelopwarmen"
uit door achtereenvolgens op "Wij-
zigen – Extra instellingen openen –
Snelopwarmen – Uit" te drukken.
^ Verwarm de ovenruimte met de gla-
zen schaal en het rooster ca. 15 mi-
nuten voor.
^
Braad alle kanten van het vlees op
een hoge stand op de kookplaat aan
(tijdens het voorverwarmen van de
oven).

Verbrandingsgevaar!
Draag altijd ovenwanten als u voe
-
dingsmiddelen in de oven zet of er
-
uit haalt, of als u in de oven bezig
bent.
^
Leg het aangebraden vlees op het
rooster.
^
Druk op "Wijzigen".
^
Verlaag de temperatuur tot 100 °C.
^
Laat het vlees gaar worden.
U kunt de oven ook automatisch laten
uitschakelen (zie "Bediening: ovenfunc
-
ties zonder magnetron – Bereidingstijd
instellen").
