Speisenthermometer
Mit dem Speisenthermometer können
Sie einen Garvorgang temperaturgenau
überwachen.
Funktionsweise
Die Metallspitze des Speisenthermome‐
ters wird in das Gargut gesteckt. Sie
beinhaltet einen Temperatursensor. Die‐
ser misst die sogenannte Kerntempera‐
tur im Inneren des Garguts während
des Garvorgangs. Der Anstieg der
Kerntemperatur im Gargut spiegelt den
Garzustand wider. Je nachdem, ob Sie
z. B. einen Braten medium oder durch‐
gebraten mögen, stellen Sie eine niedri‐
gere oder höhere Kerntemperatur ein.
Die Kerntemperatur kann bis 99 °C ein‐
gestellt werden. Angaben zum Gargut
und den entsprechenden Kerntempera‐
turen finden Sie in der Brattabelle und
im Kapitel "Niedertemperaturgaren".
Garvorgänge mit und ohne Speisen‐
thermometer haben eine vergleichbare
Garzeit.
Verwendungsmöglichkeiten
Bei einigen Automatikprogrammen und
Spezialanwendungen werden Sie auf‐
gefordert, das Speisenthermometer zu
verwenden.
Darüber hinaus können Sie es auch bei
Eigenen Programmen und folgenden
Betriebsarten einsetzen:

Ober-/Unterhitze
Umluftgrill
Mikrowelle
