Pastaschotel
Totale bereidingstijd: 80-90 minuten
Ingrediënten voor ca. 6 personen:
300 g macaroni
30 g boter
3 uien, in blokjes
2 rode paprika's
200 g wortels in schijfjes
600 g vleestomaten, grof gesneden
200 ml groentebouillon (instant)
300 g crème fraîche
150 ml melk
knoflookzout, peper
200 g ham, rauw of gekookt, in blokjes
200 g schapenkaas met kruiden, in
blokjes
150 g Gouda, geraspt
Bereiding
1. Kook de macaroni in water met zout
(niet te gaar koken). Daarna afgieten en
goed laten uitdruppelen.
2. Halveer en vierendeel de paprika's.
Verwijder de ribben en pitten en snijd
de paprika's in blokjes.
3. Fruit de uien in boter. Voeg de papri
-
ka en de wortels toe en bak ook deze
kort aan. Voeg de bouillon toe. Meng
de crème fraîche met melk, peper en
knoflookzout. Voeg het geheel bij de
groente en laat alles kort opkoken.
4. Doe de macaroni en de tomaten-,
ham- en kaasblokjes in een oven
-
schaal. Meng dit met de groentesaus.
Bestrooi het geheel met kaas en bereid
het gerecht onafgedekt (goudgeel).
