Rosinen-Stuten
Zubereitungszeit: 90–100 Minuten
Zutaten für ca. 20 Portionen
500 g Mehl
1 Würfel (42 g) Hefe
100 g Zucker
20 g flüssige Butter oder Margarine
1 Prise Salz
125–200 ml lauwarme Buttermilch
125 g Quark
Füllung:
250 g Rosinen
Zubereitung
1. Die Hefe unter Rühren in Buttermilch
auflösen. Mehl, Salz, Zucker, Fett, auf-
gelöste Hefe und Quark mit Knethaken
zu einem glatten Teig verkneten.
2. Die gewaschenen, gut abgetropften
Rosinen sorgfältig unterkneten.
3. Teig in eine gefettete Kastenform
(11 cm Breite) geben.
4. Teig mit 50 °C etwa 30 Minuten auf
-
gehen lassen, bis sich die Teigmenge
etwa verdoppelt hat. Oberfläche mit
Wasser bestreichen. Goldgelb backen.
