Ovenschotel met tortellini, rucola en ham
Klaar te maken in 60-70 minuten

Ingrediënten
125 g rucola
100 g luchtgedroogde ham
500 ml room
400 g zure room
Zout
Peper
800 g verse tortellini
300 g gehalveerde kerstomaten
4 eetlepels geroosterde pijnboompitten
50 g pas geraspte parmezaan
50 g geraspte emmentaler
Bereiding
Was de rucola, dep deze droog en snij
deze samen met de ham in reepjes.
Meng de room met de zure room en
kruid dat mengsel met zout en peper.
Meng de tortellini met de
tomatenhelften, de rucola en de ham,
doe alles in een ingevette vuurvaste
schaal (ca. 20 x 30 cm) en overgiet dat
met de saus.
Bestrooi het gerecht met de
pijnboompitten en de kaas. Bak het ge

recht goudbruin.
