Tortellini-rucola-ham-schotel

Ingrediënten
125 g rucola
100 g gedroogde ham
300 ml room
400 g zure room
zout
peper
800 g verse tortellini
300 g kerstomaten, gehalveerd
4 eetlepels pijnboompitten, geroosterd
50 g Parmezaanse kaas, vers geraspt
50 g Emmentaler, geraspt
Bereiding
Was de rucola. Dep de rucola droog en
snijd deze met de ham in reepjes.
Meng de room en de zure room. Voeg
het zout en de peper toe.
Meng de tortellini met de halve toma-
ten, de rucola en de ham. Doe het ge-
heel in een ingevette ovenschaal (ca.
20 x 30 cm) en giet de saus erover.
Bestrooi het geheel met de pijnboom
-
pitten en de kaas. Bak het gerecht
goudbruin.
