Sandre aux fines herbes
Temps de préparation : 50 à 60 minutes

Ingrédients
800 g de filet de sandre
Jus d’1 citron
1 bouquet de persil
1 bouquet de ciboulette
1 bouquet d’aneth
1 bouquet de mélisse
Sel
50 g de beurre
Préparation
Laver et sécher les filets. Les arroser
de jus de citron, puis les laisser reposer
pendant environ 10 minutes. Laver les
herbes, les ciseler finement et les dé-
poser mélangées dans un plat à gratin
plat.
Saler les filets de sandre et les déposer
sur le lit d'herbes en les faisant se che-
vaucher. Arroser les filets avec le reste
du jus de citron, parsemer de noix de
beurre et cuire.
