Pikante Ofennudeln
4 Portionen / pro Portion 2130 kJ / 510 kcal, E 16 g, F 23 g, KH 51 g
Zubereitungszeit: 130–140 Minuten
Zutaten:
125 g Kartoffeln
1/2 Würfel Hefe (21 g)
8 EL lauwarme Milch
1/2 TL Salz
250 g Mehl
2 EL weiche Butter
1Ei
200 g Kräuterfrischkäse
Zum Bestreichen:
Milch
Für die Dampfstöße: ca. 150 ml Wasser
Zubereitung:
1. Kartoffeln schälen, garen und noch
heiß durch eine Kartoffelpresse drü-
cken. Kartoffeln etwas auskühlen las-
sen.
2. Hefe unter Rühren in Milch auflösen,
mit Kartoffeln, Salz, Mehl, Butter und Ei
zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verkne
-
ten. Im Backofen bei 35 °C Ober-Unter
-
hitze ca. 30 Minuten gehen lassen.
3. Aus dem Teig 12 Kugeln formen, die
-
se etwas auseinanderziehen, jeweils
mit 1 TL Kräuterfrischkäse füllen, ver
-
schließen und eine Kugel formen.
4. Ofennudeln in eine gefettete Auflauf
-
form (ca. 20 x 30 cm) setzen und im
Backofen bei 35 °C Ober-Unterhitze
weitere 20–30 Minuten gehen lassen.
5. Ofennudeln mit Milch bestreichen
und goldbraun backen.

Backzeit: 40–50 Minuten

nach 8 Minuten
