1 Würfel Hefe (42 g)
100 ml Milch, lauwarm
500 g Mehl
100 g Zucker
1 Prise Salz
Schale von 1 Zitrone, abgerieben
100 g Butter, weich
1Ei
2 Eiweiß
Zutaten Belag
2 TL gemahlener Zimt
2 EL Zucker
100 g ungesalzene Macadamianüsse,
gehackt
2 Eigelb
Zum Bestreichen
Milch
Zubereitung
Hefe unter Rühren in lauwarmer Milch
auflösen. Mit Mehl, Zucker, Salz Zitro
-
nenschale, Butter, Ei und Eiweiß zu ei
-
nem glatten Teig verkneten. Im Back
-
ofen zugedeckt bei 35 °C Ober-/Unter
-
hitze ca. 30 Minuten gehen lassen.
Teig leicht durchkneten und halbieren.
Jede Hälfte zu 50–60 cm langen Strän
-
gen rollen, diese miteinander verdrehen
und zu einem Kranz formen.
Kranz auf ein Backblech/gelochtes
Gourmet-Backblech legen und im
Backofen zugedeckt bei 35 °C
Ober-/Unterhitze weitere 20 Minuten
gehen lassen.
Zimt, Zucker, gehackte Nüsse und Ei
-
gelbe vermischen. Den Kranz mit Milch
bestreichen, die Nussmischung darauf
verteilen und im Backofen bei 35 °C
Ober-/Unterhitze 15–20 Minuten gehen
lassen.Goldgelb backen.
