1 Würfel Hefe (42 g)
200 ml Milch, lauwarm
500 g Mehl
50 g Zucker
1 Prise Salz
50 g Butter
1Ei
Zutaten Belag
100 g Butter
100 g Mandelblättchen
120 g Zucker
2 Päckchen Vanillinzucker
Zubereitung
Hefe unter Rühren in lauwarmer Milch
auflösen. Mit Mehl, Zucker, Salz, Butter
und Ei zu einem glatten Teig verkneten.
Im Backofen zugedeckt bei 35 °C
Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 20 Minuten gehen
lassen.
Teig leicht durchkneten und auf einem
Universalblech ausrollen. Im Backofen
zugedeckt bei 35 °C Ober-/Unterhitze
weitere 20 Minuten gehen lassen.
Butter mit Vanillinzucker und der Hälfte
vom Zucker verrühren. Mit den Fingern
Vertiefungen in den Teig drücken und
mit zwei Teelöffeln kleine Butter-Zu
-
cker-Stücke in die Vertiefungen setzen.
Den übrigen Zucker und die Mandel
-
blätter darüber streuen.
Erneut 10 Minuten gehen lassen, dann
goldgelb backen.
