1/2 Würfel Hefe (21 g)
250 ml Wasser, lauwarm
500 g Mehl
1 1/2 TL Salz
1 TL Zucker
1 gehäufter TL Butter, weich
Zubereitung
Hefe unter Rühren in lauwarmem Was

ser auflösen. Mit Mehl, Salz, Zucker
und weicher Butter 3–4 Minuten zu ei-
nem glatten Teig verkneten. Im Back-
ofen zugedeckt bei 35 °C Ober-/Unter-
hitze 35–45 Minuten gehen lassen.
Teig leicht durchkneten, etwa
10 gleichgroße Kugeln formen, auf ein
Backblech/gelochtes Gourmet-Back-
blech legen, einschneiden und bei
35 °C Ober-/Unterhitze 25–35 Minuten
zugedeckt gehen lassen.
Brötchen mit Wasser bestreichen und
im Backofen goldbraun backen.
