Kräuter-Weißbrot
Zubereitungszeit 110–130 Minuten
Zutaten
1/2 Würfel Hefe (21 g)
300 ml Milch, lauwarm
500 g Mehl
1 TL Salz
1 EL Petersilie, grob gehackt
1 EL Dill, grob gehackt
1 EL Schnittlauch, grob gehackt
Zum Bestreichen
Milch
Zubereitung
Hefe unter Rühren in lauwarmer Milch
auflösen. Mit Mehl, Salz und Kräutern
3–4 Minuten zu einem glatten Teig ver-
kneten. Im Backofen zugedeckt bei
35 °C Ober-/Unterhitze 30–40 Minuten
gehen lassen.
Den Teig in eine gefettete Kastenform
(ca. 30 cm) füllen. Das Brot an der
Oberseite mit einem spitzen Messer
mehrmals rautenförmig einschneiden
und bei 35 °C Ober-/Unterhitze
15–20 Minuten gehen lassen.
Die Oberseite mit Milch bestreichen
und das Brot goldbraun backen.
