Gratin de saumon et de chou
frisé
Temps de préparation : de 80 à 90 minutes

Ingrédients
600 g de filet de saumon
1 petit chou frisé (env. 600 g)
20 g de beurre ramolli
500 g de pommes de terre
Poivre
Sel
300 g de crème fraîche
2-3 cuil. à café de raifort
80 g de conté râpé
80 g de pain blanc
Préparation
Laver le chou frisé, le couper en quatre,
enlever le trognon et découper le chou
en lamelles. Faire fondre le beurre dans
une poêle, ajouter le chou et le faire lé-
gèrement dorer pendant environ 15 mi-
nutes en remuant de temps en temps.
Eplucher les pommes de terre, les cou

per en tranches et les faire cuire dans
l'eau salée pendant 5 minutes environ.
Laver le saumon, le sécher avec du pa
-
pier absorbant, le couper en bandes de
2 cm de large, citronner et saler. Mé
-
langer la crème fraîche, le raifort et le
fromage.
Mélanger le chou et les pommes de
terre puis les verser dans un moule à
gratin (environ 20 x 30 cm) et répartir
les bandes de saumon dessus. Couper
le pain blanc en dés et incorporer à la
crème fraîche. Répartir le mélange
pain-fromage sur le gratin et mettre à
cuire.
