Gâteau au beurre
Temps de préparation : 90 à 110 minutes
20 parts
Ingrédients pour la pâte
1 dé (42 g) de levure de boulanger
200 ml de lait tiède
500 g de farine
50 g de sucre
1 pincée de sel
50 g de beurre
1 œuf
Ingrédients pour la garniture
100 g de beurre
100 g d'amandes effilées
120 g de sucre
2 sachets de sucre vanillé
Préparation
Délayer la levure en la mélangeant au
lait tiède. Ajouter la farine, le sucre, le
sel, le beurre et l'œuf et pétrir jusqu'à
obtention d'une pâte onctueuse. Faire
lever à couvert au four à 35 °C, Chaleur
sole-voûte pendant 20 minutes.
Pétrir un peu la pâte et l'abaisser sur le
plat universel. Laisser lever au four en
mode Chaleur sole-voûte à 35°C pen
-
dant 20 minutes.
Mélanger le beurre avec le sucre vanil
-
lé et la moitié du sucre. Dessiner des
creux dans la pâte avec le bout des
doigts, puis placez de petites portions
de ce mélange sur la pâte à l'aide de
deux cuillères à café. Parsemer le reste
de sucre et les amandes effilées sur la
pâte.
Laisser encore lever 10 minutes puis
cuire.
