Bonshommes en pâte levée
Temps de préparation : 95 à 105 minutes

Ingrédients
1/2 dé de levure de boulanger (21 g)
200 ml de lait tiède
375 g de farine
50 g de sucre
1 pincée de sel
50 g de beurre ramolli
Dorure
1 œuf
Décoration
Raisins secs
Amandes
Préparation
Délayer la levure dans le lait tiède en
mélangeant. Ajouter la farine, le sucre,
le sel et le beurre et pétrir jusqu'à ob-
tention d'une pâte onctueuse. Faire le-
ver à couvert au four à 35 °C, Chaleur
sole-voûte pendant 30 minutes.
Pétrir la pâte rapidement. Saupoudrer
le plan de travail de farine, puis à l'aide
d'un rouleau, étaler la pâte jusqu'à une
épaisseur d'environ 1 cm et découper
des bonshommes. Placer les bonshom

mes sur un plat à pâtisserie/plat Crous
-
ti-chef perforé et faites lever dans le
four à 35 °C pendant encore 15 à
20 minutes en mode Chaleur
sole-voûte.
Battre l'œuf, dorer les bonhommes,
garnir de raisins secs et d'amandes ef

filées et cuire.
