Ovenknoedels met
pruimenmoes
Klaar te maken in 110-120 minuten

Ingrediënten
500 g bloem
1 blokje gist (42 g)
50 g suiker
250 ml lauwe melk
1 theelepel fijngemalen kaneel
1 snuifje zout
100 g zachte boter
1ei
120 g pruimenmoes
Om te bestuiven
40 g poedersuiker
Bereiding
Kneed de bloem, de verkruimelde gist,
de suiker, de melk, de kaneel, het zout,
de boter en het ei tot een glad deeg.
Doe het deeg in de oven en laat het af-
gedekt op 35 °C "Boven-onderwarmte"
20-30 minuten rijzen.
Vorm 12 deegballetjes van het deeg en
trek deze wat open. Vul elk balletje met
1 eetlepel pruimenmoes en sluit deze
weer. Doe deze met de gesloten kant
naar onderen in een ingevette vuur
-
vaste schaal (ca. 20 x 30 cm).
Doe de ovenknoedels in de oven en
laat deze afgedekt op 35 °C "Boven-
onderwarmte" nog 20 minuten verder
rijzen. Bak deze vervolgens goudgeel.
Bestuif de ovenknoedels met poeder
-
suiker en serveer deze indien gewenst
met vanillesaus.

In plaats van pruimenmoes kunt u de
ovenknoedels ook met 2 pruimenhelften
vullen. Voordat u de deegballetjes
dichtdraait, bestrooit u de pruimen met
wat suiker.
