Hefe-Weckmänner

1/2 Würfel Hefe (21 g)
200 ml Milch, lauwarm
375 g Mehl
50 g Zucker
1 Prise Salz
50 g Butter, weich
Zum Bestreichen
1Ei
Zum Verzieren
Rosinen
Mandeln
Zubereitung
Hefe unter Rühren in lauwarmer Milch
auflösen. Mit Mehl, Zucker, Salz und
Butter zu einem glatten Teig verkneten.
Im Backofen zugedeckt bei 35 °C
Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 30 Minuten gehen
lassen.
Teig leicht durchkneten. Arbeitsfläche
mit Mehl bestäuben, Teig ca. 1 cm dick
ausrollen und "Weckmänner" aus

schneiden. Die "Weckmänner" auf ein
Backblech/gelochtes Gourmet-Back

blech legen und im Backofen zuge

deckt bei 35 °C Ober-/Unterhitze weite

re 15–20 Minuten gehen lassen.
Die "Weckmänner" mit dem verquirlten
Ei bestreichen, mit Rosinen und Man

deln verzieren und goldbraun backen.
