Drogen is een traditionele methode
voor het conserveren van fruit, be

paalde groenten en kruiden.
Het fruit en de groenten moeten vers en
voldoende rijp zijn en mogen geen
drukplekken hebben.

Bereid de producten goed voor.
Appels schilt u eventueel, ontdoet u
van het klokhuis en snijdt u in
ca. 0,5 cm dikke ringen.
Pruimen ontpit u eventueel.
Peren schilt u, ontdoet u van het
klokhuis en snijdt u in partjes.
Bananen schilt u en snijdt u in schijf-
jes.
Champignons maakt u schoon en
halveert u of snijdt u in schijfjes.
Peterselie of dille ontdoet u van dikke
stengels.
^ Verdeel de producten gelijkmatig
over de universele bakplaat.
^
Kies de ovenfunctie "Hetelucht
plus U" of "Boven-
onderwarmte V".
^
Kies een temperatuur van 80-100 °C.
^
Schuif de universele bakplaat in de
oven op niveau 1.
Bij "Hetelucht plus U" kunt u ook te
-
gelijkertijd drogen op de niveaus 1
en 3.
Product Droogtijd
Fruit 2-8 uur
Groenten 3-8 uur
Kruiden* 50-60 minuten
* Gebruik bij kruiden de ovenfunctie
"Boven-onderwarmte V".

Verlaag de temperatuur wanneer er
zich waterdruppels vormen in de
ovenruimte.

Gevaar voor verbranding!
Trek ovenwanten aan wanneer u de
producten uit het toestel neemt.
^ Laat gedroogd fruit of gedroogde
groenten afkoelen.
Gedroogd fruit moet volledig droog
zijn maar zacht en veerkrachtig
aanvoelen. Bij het breken of snijden
mag er geen sap meer ontsnappen.
^ Bewaar de producten in goed afge-
sloten bokalen of conversenblikken.
