Gerecht in gereedheid brengen
voor het grillen
Spoel vlees snel af onder koud stro
-
mend water en dep het droog. Zout
stukken (lapjes) vlees niet voorafgaand
aan het grillen. Anders loopt de
vleesjus uit het vlees.
Mager vlees kunt u bestrijken met olie.
Gebruik geen andere soorten vet of bo
-
ter. Deze worden immers snel donker of
produceren rook.
Maak platte vissen en stukken vis
schoon en zout deze. U kunt deze ook
besprenkelen met citroensap.
Grillen

Leg de rooster op de universele bak
-
plaat. Leg de grill- en braadplaat (in
-
dien voorhanden) ertussen.

Plaats het gerecht erop.
^
Kies de ovenfunctie en de tempera
-
tuur.
^
Verwarm het verwarmingselement
voor bovenwarmte/de grill
ca. 5 minuten voor, terwijl de deur
gesloten is.

Gevaar voor verbranding!
Trek ovenwanten aan om hete ge-
rechten in te schuiven of uit te ne-
men en als u met uw handen in de
hete ovenruimte moet komen.
^ Plaats het gerecht in de oven op het
desbetreffende niveau (zie grilltabel).
^ Sluit de deur.
^ Keer het gerecht indien mogelijk om
wanneer de helft van de grilltijd is
verstreken.
