125g de filets d'anchois suédois
1oignon | en fines rondelles
200g de crème fleurette
2c.às. de chapelure

Préparation
Eplucher et couper les pommes de
terre en bâtons très fins et ou les râper
avec une grosse râpe. Beurrer un plat à
gratin.
Superposer les couches de pommes de
terre avec les filets d'anchois et les ron-
delles d'oignons, en commençant et en
finissant avec une couche de pommes
de terre. Napper de sauce et parsemer
de chapelure.
Enfourner le gratin et le faire cuire.
Au bout de 30minutes, recouvrir de pa-
pier aluminium, pour que la surface ne
soit pas trop sombre.
