50g spek, gerookt, doorregen | in klei-
ne blokjes
2uien | gesnipperd
375g gehakt, half rund/half varken
800g gepelde tomaten uit blik
30g tomatenpuree
125ml bouillon
1theelepel verse tijm | fijngehakt
1theelepel verse oregano | fijngehakt
1theelepel verse basilicum | fijngehakt

Voor de champignonsaus
20g boter
1ui | gesnipperd
100g verse champignons | in plakjes
2eetlepels tarwemeel, type405
250g room
250ml melk, 3,5% vet
Zout
Peper
Nootmuskaat
2eetlepels verse peterselie | gehakt
Voor het bestrooien
200g Goudse kaas, geraspt

Ovenschaal, 32x22cm

Bereiding
Verhit voor de tomaten-gehaktsaus een
anti-aanbakpan. Bak de spekblokjes.
Voeg het gehakt toe en braad dit al om-
scheppend. Voeg de uien toe en fruit
deze. Snijd de tomaten fijn. Voeg de to-
maten, het tomatensap, de tomatenpu-
ree en de bouillon toe. Breng op smaak
met zout, peper en kruiden. Laat de
saus ca. 5minuten zachtjes koken.
Fruit voor de champignonsaus de uien
in de boter. Voeg de champignons toe
en bak deze kort. Strooi er meel over en
roer dit erdoor. Blus af met de room en
de melk. Breng op smaak met noot-
muskaat, zout en peper. Laat de saus
ca. 5minuten zachtjes koken. Voeg ten
slotte de peterselie toe.
Vul de ovenschaal voor de lasagne als
volgt:
– ⅓tomaten-gehaktsaus
– 4lasagnebladen
– ⅓tomaten-gehaktsaus
– ½champignonsaus
– 4lasagnebladen
– ⅓tomaten-gehaktsaus
– ½champignonsaus
Bestrooi de lasagne met de kaas, zet
deze op het rooster in de oven en bak
het goudbruin.
