100g chocoladedruppels

Bereiding
Splits de eieren. Roer de boter, de sui-
ker, het zout en de eidooiers tot een
crèmige massa.
Klop de eiwitten stijf. Spatel de helft
van de eiwitmassa voorzichtig door het
mengsel van suiker en eidooiers. Meng
het meel met het bakpoeder en voeg dit
toe. Spatel de rest van de eiwitten er-
door.
Voeg de chocoladedruppels en de ka-
neel toe.
Vet de springvorm in en doe het deeg
erin.
Schuif het rooster in de oven. Start het
automatische programma of verwarm
de oven voor volgens stap 1.
Handmatig:
pas de instellingen aan volgens stap 2.
Zet de springvorm in de oven en bak de
taart goudbruin.
