Strudel aux pommes viennois
Temps de préparation: 70minutes
pour 2strudels
Ingrédients
100g de chapelure
4feuilles pour 2strudels (pâte déjà
prête)
100g de beurre fondu
1,5kg de pommes | en fines rondelles
150g de sucre
50g de raisins secs
cannelle
Pour faire dorer
50g de beurre
Accessoires
2torchons
Plaque de cuisson ou plaque de cuis-
son multi-usages
Préparation
Chauffer le beurre dans une poêle et
faire dorer la chapelure.
Étaler deux feuilles de strudel, se che-
vauchant légèrement, sur un torchon de
cuisine. Recommencer cette étape sur
un deuxième torchon.
Badigeonner les feuilles de strudel de
beurre et répartir dessus la chapelure
revenue dans le beurre.
Mélanger les pommes avec le sucre, les
raisins et la cannelle. Placer le mélange
de pommes sur la chapelure.
Démarrer le programme automatique
ou préchauffer le four.
Rouler les strudels, et les badigeonner
de beurre fondu. Poser sur la plaque de
cuisson ou la plaque multi-usages, l'en-
fourner et cuire.
