Gratin de pâtes
Temps de préparation: 85minutes
Pour 4 personnes
Pour les pâtes
150g de pâtes (penne),
temps de cuisson indiqué sur le pa-
quet: 11minutes
1½l d'eau
3c.àc. de sel
Pour le gratin
1½c.às. de beurre
2oignons émincés
1poivron en dés de 1cm
2petites carottes en rondelles
150g de crème fraîche
75ml de lait (3,5% de MG)

300 g de tomates charnues coupées en
gros dés
100g de dés de jambon cuit
150g de feta
Pour parsemer
100g de gouda râpé
Accessoires
Plat à gratin 24cmx24cm
Grille
Préparation
Cuire les pâtes 5minutes dans l'eau sa-
lée.
Chauffer le beurre dans une casserole,
et faire revenir les dés d'oignons à
l'intérieur. Ajouter le poivron et les ca-
rottes et faire revenir encore 5minutes.
Mélanger la crème fraîche avec le lait et
ajouter ce mélange aux légumes. Assai-
sonner généreusement.
Mettre les pâtes, les tomates, le jambon
et la feta dans le plat à gratin. Incorpo-
rer la sauce aux légumes.
Parsemer le gratin de pâtes de fromage
râpé.
Enfourner le gratin de pâtes sur la grille.
Faire gratiner jusqu'à obtenir une belle
couleur dorée.
