50ml de vinaigre
50ml de vin blanc
1carpe vidée et préparée, avec les
écailles (1,5kg)
Sel
1feuille de laurier
5grains de poivre

Préparation
Faire bouillir l'eau sur la table de cuis-
son avec le vinaigre et le vin blanc.
Nettoyer délicatement la carpe sous
l'eau en prenant garde de ne pas en-
dommager les écailles.
Démarrer le programme automatique
ou préchauffer le four.
Saler l'intérieur de la carpe et verser la
moitié de l'eau vinaigrée.
Poser les carpes dans le plat à rôtir
Gourmet et enfoncer la thermosonde.
Ajouter le reste de l'eau vinaigrée avec
la feuille de laurier et les grains de
poivre.
Enfourner le plat à rôtir. Cuire les
carpes à couvert.
