1½l water
3theelepels zout
Voor de ovenschotel
1½eetlepel boter
2uien | gesnipperd
1paprika | in blokjes van 1cm
2kleine wortels | in plakjes
150g verse room
75ml volle melk
Zout
Peper
300g vleestomaten | grof gesneden
100g ham, gekookt, | in blokjes
150g schapenkaas met kruiden | in
blokjes
Voor het bestrooien
100g Gouda, geraspt

Ovenschaal, 24x24cm
Rooster
Bereiding
Kook de pasta gedurende 5minuten in
zout water.
Verhit boter in een pan en fruit de ge-
snipperde ui. Voeg de paprika en wor-
tels toe en laat het nog eens 5minuten
zachtjes bakken.
Meng de verse room met de melk en
voeg het toe aan de groenten. Breng
het flink op smaak met zout en peper.
Doe de pasta, tomaten, ham en scha-
penkaas in de ovenschaal. Roer de
groentesaus erdoor.
Bestrooi de ovenschotel met kaas.
Zet de ovenschaal op het rooster in de
oven. Laat bakken tot er een goudbruin
korstje op zit.
