Si vous utilisez un mode gril avec la
porte ouverte, l'air chaud de l'en-
ceinte ne passe plus devant le venti-
lateur et n'est donc pas refroidi. Les
éléments de commande deviennent
chauds.
Fermez la porte pendant la cuisson
au gril.
Conseils pour faire griller
Le préchauffage est nécessaire avant
de faire griller les aliments. Faites
chauffer la résistance de voûte/gril
porte fermée pendant 5minutes envi-
ron.
Rincez rapidement la viande à l'eau
froide et séchez-la bien. Ne salez pas
les tranches de viande avant de les
griller, elles pourraient perdre leur jus.
Vous pouvez badigeonner les viandes
maigres avec de l'huile. N'utilisez pas
d'autres matières grasses car elles
noircissent facilement ou dégagent
de la fumée.
Nettoyez les poissons plats ainsi que
les tranches de poisson et salez-les.
Vous pouvez également les arroser
de jus de citron.
Utilisez une plaque de cuisson multi-
usages avec la grille ou la plaque à
griller et rôtir posée dessus (si dispo-
nible). La plaque à griller et rôtir évite
que le jus de viande ne brûle, afin
qu'il puisse être réutilisé en fin de
cuisson.
N'utilisez pas la plaque de cuisson.
Appliquez un peu d'huile sur la grille
avec un pinceau puis posez l'aliment
dessus.
