Thermosonde
La thermosonde permet de surveiller
une cuisson au degré près.
Principe de fonctionnement
Enfoncez la pointe métallique de la
thermosonde dans la pièce à cuire. La
pointe métallique contient un capteur
thermique qui mesure la température à
cœur, c'est-à-dire à l'intérieur de l'ali-
ment, pendant le processus de cuisson.
L'augmentation de la température au
centre de l'aliment indique l'avance-
ment de la cuisson. Choisissez une
température à cœur plus ou moins éle-
vée en fonction du résultat de cuisson
recherché, à point ou bien cuit par
exemple.
Vous pouvez régler la température à
cœur jusqu'à 99°C. Vous trouverez des
informations complémentaires sur les
différents aliments et les températures à
cœur correspondantes dans les ta-
bleaux de cuisson en fin de document.
Les cuissons avec ou sans thermo-
sonde ont un temps de cuisson compa-
rable.

ser la thermosonde.
