2sinaasappels, onbehandeld
3bosuien of lente-uien
250ml rode wijn
250ml ganzenfond

Braadslede

Bereiding
Meng komijn, marjolein, zout en peper
en kruid hiermee de gans. Laat het krui-
denmengsel ongeveer 15minuten in-
trekken.
Was ondertussen de appels en sinaas-
appels goed, snijd ze met schil in grote
stukken en stop ze in de buik van de
gans. Sluit indien gewenst de opening
met tandenstokers.
Start het automatische programma of
verwarm de oven voor.
Vul de braadslede ongeveer een vinger
hoog met warm water. Leg de gans met
de borst naar onder in de braadslede.
Leg de lente-uitjes rondom de gans.
Automatische programma:
schuif de braadslede in de oven en
braad het vlees.
Handmatig:
schuif de braadslede in de oven en
braad het vlees volgens stap1, 2 en3.
Keer de gans halverwege de berei-
dingstijd. Giet het vet uit de braadslede
in de pan.
Haal de gans na afloop van de berei-
dingstijd uit de braadslede en laat deze
kort rusten. De vulling van sinaasappels
en appels is enkel bedoeld voor de
smaak, niet om op te eten.
Verwijder de lente-uitjes. Blus de braad-
jus met rode wijn, voeg ganzenfond toe
en laat het geheel op het fornuis goed
inkoken.
