Bakplaat of universele bakplaat of ron-
de bakvorm en rooster
Bereiding
Snijd voor de vulling de ui(en) en knof-
look fijn. Verhit de olie in een pan. Stoof
de ui(en) en knoflook glazig. Voeg de
tomaten, de tomatenpuree, de suiker,
de oregano, het laurierblaadje en het
zout toe.
Breng de saus aan de kook en laat de-
ze op laag vermogen enkele minuten
doorkoken.
Verwijder het laurierblaadje. Breng op
smaak met peper en zout. Snijd de
mozzarella in plakjes.
