Bakplaat of universele bakplaat of
ronde bakvorm en rooster
Bereiding
Snijd voor de vulling de ui(en) en knof-
look fijn. Verhit de olie in een pan. Stoof
de ui(en) en knoflook glazig. Voeg de
tomaten, de tomatenpuree, de suiker,
de oregano, het laurierblaadje en het
zout toe.
Breng de saus aan de kook en laat ze
op laag vuur enkeleminuten door-
koken.
Verwijder het laurierblaadje. Breng het
geheel op smaak met zout en peper.
Snijd de mozzarella in plakjes.
