Bereiding
Kneed het meel, de suiker, de boter en
de amandelen tot een glad deeg. Zet
het deeg ongeveer 30minuten op een
koele plaats.
Verdeel het deeg in kleine porties van
ongeveer 7g. Vorm ze tot een rol, ver-
volgens tot een hoorntje of Kipferl en
leg ze op de (universele) bakplaten.
Zet de vanillekipferl in de oven en bak
ze goudbruin.
Wentel de hoorntjes door de vanillesui-
ker wanneer ze nog warm zijn.
