Bereiding
Besprenkel de forellen met citroensap.
Kruid ze aan de binnen- en buitenkant
met zout en peper.
Maak voor de vulling de champignons
schoon. Hak de ui, het knoflookteentje,
de champignons en de peterselie fijn en
meng het geheel. Breng het mengsel op
smaak met zout en peper.
Start het automatische programma of
verwarm de oven voor.
Vul de forellen met het mengsel. Leg de
vissen naast elkaar op de universele
bakplaat. Steek de bratometer erin. Leg
er vlokjes boter op.
Schuif de universele bakplaat in de
oven. Gaar de forellen.
