Bereiding
Zet het rooster op de universele bak-
plaat en schuif dit in de oven. Start het
automatische programma of verwarm
de oven voor volgens stap 1.
Roer de olie, het zout en de peper door
elkaar en bestrijk de varkensfilets er-
mee.
Verhit de olie voor het aanbraden in een
pan. Braad de varkensfilets gedurende
1minuut op hoog vermogen aan alle
kanten aan.
Verwijder de varkensfilets en steek de
bratometer erin.
Automatisch programma:
leg de varkensfilets op het rooster en
laat ze gaar worden.
Handmatig:
pas de instellingen aan volgens stap 2.
