Bereiding
Roer de boter tot deze romig is. Voeg
de suiker, de poedersuiker, de va-
nillesuiker en het zout toe en roer totdat
er een zachte massa ontstaat. Roer er
het meel en ten slotte het eiwit door-
heen.
Doe het deeg in een spuitzak en spuit
ca. 5–6cm lange strepen op de bak-
plaat of universele bakplaat.
Zet de spritsen in de oven en bak ze
goudgeel.
