Pain de poisson
Temps de préparation: 65 à 70minutes
pour 6 à 8portions
Ingrédients
550g de poisson sans arêtes type sau-
mon, lotte ou cabillaud
2gousses d’ail
1oignon frais avec les fanes
1pincée de piment d’Espelette
4œufs
125g de crème fraîche
4biscottes écrasées
1botte de persil plat
Sel
Poivre
250g de crevettes cuites décortiquées
Beurre pour le plat
Accessoires
Moule rectangulaire (25cmx10cm)

Préparation
Placer le poisson, l’ail, l’oignon frais
avec les fanes et le piment d’Espelette
dans un mixeur, hacher finement.
Dans un saladier, ajouter à la prépara-
tion les œufs, la crème fraîche et les
biscottes, mélanger pour obtenir une
consistance homogène.
Ajouter le persil plat, saler et poivrer.
Démarrer le programme automatique.
Beurrer le plat et verser la moitié de la
préparation, disposer une couche de
crevettes et verser le reste du mélange.
Enfourner le plat dans le four préchauf-
fé.
Servir froid avec un coulis de tomates.
