Cake salé
Temps de préparation: 55 à 60minutes
pour 6 à 8portions
Ingrédients
250g de farine
1c. à c. de levure chimique
1verre de vin blanc
100ml d'huile d'olive
4œufs
1pincée de sel
Poivre du moulin
200g de lardons ou de lard de jambon,
en dés
100g de gruyère râpé
Beurre pour le moule
Accessoires
Moule rectangulaire (25cmx10cm)

Préparation
Beurrer le moule.
Dans un saladier, mélanger la farine, la
levure et le verre de vin blanc.
Ajouter l’huile, les œufs, le sel et le
poivre, mélanger au fouet.
Ajouter enfin les lardons et le gruyère
râpé, mélanger intimement.
Démarrer le programme automatique.
Verser le mélange dans le moule rec-
tangulaire et enfourner dans le four pré-
chauffé.
