Gaar eerst met deksel. Verwijder het deksel na 90minuten garen en voeg ca.0,5l vocht
toe.

Gaar eerst met deksel. Verwijder het deksel na 100minuten garen en voeg ca.0,5l vocht
toe.

Keer het gerecht om wanneer de helft van de tijd is verstreken.
