Lasagnes
Temps de préparation: de 85 à 90minutes
pour 4 à 6portions
Ingrédients
8 à 10feuilles de lasagne
550g de viande hachée
600g de tomates pelées
2oignons émincés
2gousses d'ail hachées
1carotte coupée en dés
1c. à s. d'herbes de Provence
800ml de béchamel (préparée)
120g de parmesan râpé
300g de gruyère râpé
Beurre
1filet d’huile d’olive

Plat à gratin (32x28cm)

Préparation
Dans une poêle, rissoler les dés de ca-
rotte et les oignons à feu doux, ajouter
la viande hachée et la saisir. Ajouter les
tomates, l'ail et les herbes de Provence.
Ajouter du sel et du poivre.
Beurrer un plat à gratin.
Démarrer le programme automatique.
Disposer 1/3 des lasagnes dans un
moule à gratin beurré. Verser 1/3 de la
sauce bolognaise par-dessus et parse-
mer de parmesan. Verser 1/3 de la
sauce béchamel. Répéter ceci deux
fois. Parsemer de gruyère râpé sur la
dernière couche (sauce béchamel). Ar-
roser avec un filet d’huile d’olive.
Enfourner les lasagnes tout de suite et
cuire jusqu'à obtention d'une belle cou-
leur dorée.
