Gistkrakelingen
Totale bereidingstijd: 85–95 minuten

Ingrediënten deeg
¹/₂ blokje gist (21 g)
100 ml melk, lauw
300 g bloem
1 theelepel suiker
1 theelepel zout
30 g boter
1 ei
Voor het bestrijken
1 eidooier gemengd met 1 eetlepel
melk
Voor het bestrooien
Maanzaad of geraspte kaas

plaat
Bereiding
Los de gist al roerend in de lauwe melk
op. Voeg de bloem, de suiker, het zout,
de boter en het ei toe. Kneed het ge‐
heel totdat er een gladde massa ont‐
staat. Doe het deeg in de oven en kies
het automatische programma "Taart /
cake \ Gistdeeg \ 30 minuten laten rij‐
zen".
Kneed het deeg nog eens door. Maak
van het deeg 8 lange strengen ( ca.
0,5 cm). Vorm hiervan krakelingen en
leg deze op de bakplaat of de geperfo‐
reerde gourmet-bakplaat. Laat het deeg
afgedekt in de oven nog eens 10 minu‐
ten rijzen (ovenfunctie "Boven-Onder‐
warmte", temperatuur 35 °C).
Bestrijk de krakelingen met het mengsel
van dooier en melk en strooi er maan‐
zaad of kaas op. Bak de krakelingen
goudbruin.
