Gemarineerde paprika
Totale bereidingstijd: 40–50 minuten
voor 4 porties
Ingrediënten
3 gele paprika's
3 rode paprika's
3 oranje paprika's
Ingrediënten marinade
6 eetlepels olijfolie
4 eetlepels witte wijn
4 eetlepels witte wijnazijn
1 knoflookteentje, geperst
Zout
Peper
3 theelepels kruidenmix
Accessoires
Glazen schaal
Bereiding
Meng alle ingrediënten voor de marina-
de.
Vierendeel de paprika's. Verwijder de
ribben en pitten. Leg de paprika's met
de gesneden kant in de glazen schaal
en plaats het geheel in de ovenruimte.
Grilleer de paprika's totdat onder het
vel blaasjes ontstaan en het vel donker-
bruin wordt.
Haal de glazen schaal uit de oven. Dek
de paprika's af met een theedoek die u
met koud water heeft bevochtigd. Laat
het geheel ca. 10 minuten staan en ver-
wijder vervolgens de velletjes.
Giet de marinade over de paprika's en
laat het geheel enkele uren trekken.
Serveer de paprika's met stokbrood.

voorverwarmen
Tip
Ook courgettes en champignons kunt u
goed marineren. Blancheer de courget-
tes of champignons of laat deze in de
stoomoven iets gaar worden. De groen-
te moet nog wel enigszins stevig zijn.
